Account privacy.

Level 26 Arena stores your nickname, email address, account creation date, and securely hashed password and recovery code to manage your membership. Your email is not shown publicly.

A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 14 days. Signing out removes that session. We also store short-lived login-attempt counters using hashed network and email identifiers to help prevent account abuse.

Your gamer nickname, joining date, online status and competition record are visible in the player directory and public player profile. Profiles show tournament appearances, confirmed match results and trophies. Your email address and account credentials remain private.

A separate visitor cookie identifies your browser for up to 24 hours to count online activity. Your browser must return this cookie before it is counted; cookie-blocked visits are not added repeatedly. Only a hashed identifier and recent activity time are stored. If you are signed in, activity is linked to your member account to show your online status, and your account counts once across devices. Guests count per browser. Known bots and automated page checks are excluded. Browsers stop counting as online after two minutes without activity; expired activity records are removed on subsequent updates.

If you enter a tournament, we also store your team name, gamer ID, platform and rules acceptance. Your nickname, team name, platform and match results appear on the tournament page. Your gamer ID is available privately to your assigned opponents and the organizer.

Match rooms store messages, help requests, score submissions, screenshots and review decisions. These are visible only to the two assigned players and the organizer. Screenshots are stored privately and require authorization to view. Share only game evidence, not personal documents. Confirmed results also contribute to public season rankings under the published scoring rules.

Private support chats store your messages, admin replies, timestamps and read status. Each conversation is accessible only to your player account and the site owner. Messages remain available when you return to the site.

Your account information is retained while your account exists. Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing or enter you into a tournament. Email verification and email password resets are not currently enabled; keep your recovery code safe.

Your language preference is saved in a cookie for up to one year and in this browser’s local storage, so the site remembers your choice.
